Together Home purchased the property at 38 Davallia Road in Duncraig. This property was a 718 sqm block zoned R20/40 close to the Carine shopping centre.

Together Homes identified an opportunity for a single-story duplex development, giving the houses a larger footprint than the current villas offered in the area to suit a wide range of buyers including the downsizer market.

The houses included three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, a separate study and a large outdoor entertaining area. The construction took approximately 10 months to complete and then went straight into a sale process.

The development was finished to a high standard of internal finishes with a neutral palate and feature cladding to suit the coastal location.
